I manage and implement a strategy plan for commercial development, aim at strengthening the presence of the company in the international market: identify and seek new potential customers. I perform the analysis of the KPI and of the commercial information strategies for business development including offering services and cost monitoring of the product to achieve satisfaction for both company and clients, to ensure the achievement of economic results and target. Monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts are prepared to analyze the performance between last year and this year to ensure maximum efficiency of the foreign trade department. I also work synergy with the team buying to understand and develop the new trends and new brands in demand from the international market.
